LAMINATION
A laminated material is made up of several layers of different materials joined together.. In flame lamination, the union is achieved by melting the surface of a polyurethane or polyethylene foam through the application of fire, which makes it adhesive.
The foam works as an adhesive, giving softness and comfort to the material as well as technical properties such as being flame retardant, anti-fogging, thermally insulated, acoustically insulated, etc.
FLEXIBILITY AND PRODUCTIVITY: 2 PRODUCTION UNITS
Sonatex laminating machines are equipped with double burners, so we can adhere up to three materials in a single process, which results in higher productivity, product regularity, and less waste.
Line adapted for large productions
Line adapted for short series and prototyping
