CUTTING
Numerical control cutting (CNC) is a cutting technique of the latest generation that allows cuts with complex details and an exact adjustment together with high productivity. The process begins with a cutting drawing through a computer-aided design (CAD). We cut fabrics and knits, technical fabrics, decorative fabrics, laminates, and various types of foam.
Specialized technology for complex cut and high productivity is required. It also optimizes the initial phase of the project, when the final design is not ready and prototype testing is required.
Quality levels are increased and costs are reduced due to a higher utilization of materials and a high decrease in direct labor costs compared to alternative techniques such as vertical saw cutting and die cutting.

CONFECTION
INCREASED EFFICIENCY THROUGH THE USE OF JUMBO ROLLS
We reduce waste at the beginning and end of the roll by being able to cut in a continuous process in "Jumbo" rolls of 500 meters* long instead of doing it in small rolls.
INVOICING ONLY OF THE PIECES SUPPLIED
We only invoice pieces already cut free of defects, so there is a simplification in the invoicing process.
INTEGRAL PROCESS WITH A SINGLE SUPPLIER
There is no need to face the financial costs of a long process with higher stocking in intermediate processes. We have an integral process that facilitates just-in-time management and delegating the responsibility of the whole process to a single supplier.
SPACE OPTIMIZATION
Lower transportation costs. No unusable material is transported.
EASIER AND SAFER HANDLING
Decrease in costs associated with transport, number of loads, unloading and handling
